A Higher Standard for Everyday Travel

Prime Ride was created with a clear vision: to make premium travel feel personal, professional and straightforward, while giving drivers a fairer opportunity to build and grow their businesses.

We are an app-based platform connecting passengers with independent drivers who operate approved premium vehicles. By focusing on selected BMW, Audi and Mercedes-Benz models, we aim to deliver a travel experience defined by comfort, professionalism and attention to detail.

Every driver and vehicle is subject to a review process before activation, helping us maintain the standards our passengers expect.

Our Mission

To connect people through comfortable, professional journeys while empowering drivers to build their businesses with greater independence and control over their trip earnings.

What We Value

Professionalism

We believe every journey should be supported by courteous service, clear communication and a professional approach.

Comfort

We focus on premium vehicles that meet our standards for presentation, condition and passenger comfort.

Accountability

We review driver and vehicle information before activation and provide a process for passengers and drivers to raise concerns.

Fair Opportunity

Our commission-free approach means approved drivers keep 100% of their collected trip fares before their own operating costs, applicable taxes and any separately agreed subscription fees.

The People Behind Every Journey

Prime Ride brings the technology, platform and service standards. Our independent driver partners bring their vehicles, experience and commitment to professional service.

Together, we aim to create a platform where passengers can enjoy a more considered travel experience and drivers have the opportunity to operate on their own terms.

We believe premium travel should be more than getting from one destination to another. It should be about the experience along the way.
